Meet Our Founder

BestDamnSelf wasn’t created in a boardroom, it was built from real life. As a nurse, I saw firsthand how overwhelming it can be to manage your health, appointments, medications, insurance, and records, especially when you’re already stressed, sick, or caring for someone you love. I wanted something that made people feel prepared, not panicked.

These tools were created from lived experience, long shifts, confusing paperwork, and the constant thought of “there has to be an easier way.” My goal is simple: to help you feel organized, informed, and in control without adding more pressure to your plate. If this planner makes even one doctor’s visit less stressful or helps someone feel more confident advocating for their health, then it’s done its job :)
