First of all, the customer service was excellent. I was kept updated every step of the way regarding the status of my order and delivery. Even better, the planner arrived on the exact day I was told it would. The website was easy to navigate, and ordering was completely effortless.
Now let's talk about the packaging and presentation... phenomenal! You can tell a lot of thought, time, and care went into making sure the planner arrived in tip-top condition. The box itself was beautiful and professionally designed. I especially loved that it matched the planner's gorgeous mint green color. It felt like opening a gift rather than just receiving a package.
As for the planner itself—it was exactly what I needed and then some. One of my favorite features is the pocket in the back for storing important papers and documents. Honestly, there are too many useful features to list, but a few standouts for me were the "Decode the Language of Healthcare" section, which breaks down common medical terms and definitions, and the "Notes for the Doctor" pages because I always seem to forget half of my questions once I get into the exam room!
The medication log, symptom tracker, and medical expense section are all incredibly helpful. And can we talk about the hospital go-bag checklist? Seriously... how cool is that? Faryn-Ashley thought of everything.

I LOVE my planner! First of all, the color is beautiful. Looking to possibly buy the pink one next. It’s very well put together and easy to work with. I needed something to organize my appointments and medical information without being too overwhelming. This is perfect! I thought this planner would be a perfect gift for my grandmother who I help take care of. I love the organization of the book, just what I need when I go to my doctor's appointments. I just wish that this book came with other accessories like maybe some pens, highlighters, or maybe some calendar dated stickers for the medical calendar section. But overall I like the book, but just hope they take my suggestion into consideration for upcoming bundle options.
